It's called "Fishnet Stockings"...

This is a good one for Halloween week... everyone likes to get
dressed up in a costume...

This was a glorious year for Coleus... and this gem was growing
on the streets of a historical district on one of my recent trips...

it's named for it's Dark Black veining that contrasts the bright chartreuse background...
