Sunflowers

Sunflowers are unique in a way that they can lift the spirits of others like no other flower. They can be bright and cheery but yet very comforting. With vibrant yellow petals that surround the black center, sunflowers have an unmistakable sun-like appearance. Sunflowers come in several different shades and sizes. From small to large! And for centuries they were used as a valuable food source. Today Sunflowers continue to provide a resource for commonly used seeds and oils. Sunflowers are unique in their ability to provide energy in the form of nourishment and vibrance, an attribute which mirrors the sun and the energy provided by its heat and light.
